Emotions and its connection to Parts

Every part we have within us is not only there because of a trauma. We all have a set of parts we were born with. All these parts in their natural state have an individual frequency they operate best on. All parts have a connection to a physical location in the body depending on their specific frequency. Once we introduce stress and trauma the parts that take this information in them start to operate from a frequency that is not their natural state. The further away by frequency they are from their natural state, the less they retain their original functionality. In other words, the more trauma and stress we carry in ourselves the less functional we are.

It seems to me that parts have more functionality in our body than they are usually given credit for. I can see from my personal healing journey that misaligned parts construct the energy flow in the body. A stress carried in parts also manifests easily in the physical body. For example, jaw tension could be connected to a part that carries trauma related to anger which is connected energetically to the jaw muscles manifesting as tension. The more extreme manifestation being a physical illness.

I have noticed that if we experience an emotion, there is a corresponding part that expresses that. Some parts have designed functionality to hold in themselves and express happiness, sadness, anger etc.Now imagine this set of parts that would be the key to experience for example a truly happy laughter holds in itself a trauma. Then this set of parts has lost some or all of its functionality, meaning that a person depending on the level of their trauma can experience happiness only in limited ways or not at all. People are trapped into experiencing only the emotions they are able to experience.

Healing journey: If we are operating with the trauma in a way that happiness(or any other emotion) is a emotion that is not possible to experience and the sole reason of that is the trauma that is in the parts that fulfill this functionality, then we need to work on healing the traumas that are within the part that hold that functionality for us. After we learn more about trauma we need to make physical changes to make sure stress and trauma does not get recreated in these parts.

It's also possible that trauma has activated in the system in a way that it's blocking the person from experiencing any other emotion. For example, a part being stuck experiencing itself in a trauma state; this happens a lot with people who ignore their feelings and end up being in trigger states for weeks or even years until something changes on a physical level that happens to be able to change their state. It might be an act of kindness or good words from somebody. It can also be a change of life situation. Changing who the person interacts with in their everyday life etc.

Healing journey: What is needed is to work on calming the nervous system by first working on parts that hold this intensity in them and also identifying what are necessary steps to take on a physical level to not recreate situations in the same way that got us into this intense state in the first place.

In conclusion, parts have many different functions when it comes to us experiencing emotions. Parts are like energetical containers that hold in themselves the emotional state that gets either expressed or repressed. They hold trauma inside themselves which gives us guidance of what works for us and what does not.
